I know what you mean. My parents hate Neopets - they think it's such a childish site and that I am wasting my time on NeoXwee and everything. But... I can't help it! I love it!

I know. I made a lie up about it to shut them up. I told them for every 100 hours a user spends on it, 10 pounds is donated to an animal charity. And they believed it XD

My parents always frown and sigh when I tell them about the latest NeoXwee news ... I'm so proud of the site, 'cept my parents aren't interested, my friends are in a different country (I moved this Summer, that's why I made the site, because I was bored) and my brothers are too busy racing each other and beating up robots on the playstation to pay any attention. |

That must be rather frustrating. Anything I am proud of my parents brush aside as if it doesn't matter too. But then again they are adults... they are boring (I better be careful what I say coz I will be one some time... or maybe not XD)

my mom doesn't mind me playing neopets she justs get angry when she's talking to me and i'm on the computer and she asks me what she said and I am clueless and she hates that she can't get me off the computer.
